Intuit Tax Online lets you work from anywhere — and save time everywhere. It is a 100 percent cloud based product that lets tax professionals prepare and file 1040 and business forms up to 25 percent faster.

This time-savings results from an innovative, easy-to-use, entry and review process designed specifically to streamline the workflow and increase productivity.  In addition to the core tax product, Intuit Tax Online also offers a companion mobile application for iOS and Android devices which streamlines accountant and client collaboration and provides the accountant with instant access to their tax practice from their smart phone. 

The mobile application includes capabilities that allow accountants to view their client’s tax return summary information, check e-File status, securely email tax returns directly to the taxpayer, as well as provide customer contact information. And to enable faster collaboration with their clients, Intuit Tax Online mobile includes TaxLink, a companion application for taxpayers.  TaxLink is a mobile application that the accountant’s clients can download, and it enables the accountant to easily communicate, collaborate and exchange documents with their clients.  

With Intuit Tax Online, there is no installation or updates, as the product runs completely in a web browser. Data files are backed up by Intuit and the primary data files are not stored on the remote computer, giving accounting professionals, and the clients they serve, peace of mind.  

The product also includes just-in-time multi user capabilities.  In just a couple of simple steps, a user can invite another employee to join the application, literally enabling remote access and use in seconds, with no additional setup or fees required.
