Legal and Business Forms, powered by Legal Street, is an easy-to-use online library which contains forms and resources that are routinely needed during the course of accounting firms’ engagements with business clients — including contracts and lease agreements, promissory notes, human resources documentation, and general business and legal compliance forms. Using Legal and Business Forms via secure NetClient CS portals, accounting firm clients will be presented with a user-friendly tool that will guide them through the completion of basic forms.

Copies of completed forms are made available to the accounting firm through NetClient CS. Legal and Business Forms enables tax and accounting professionals to enhance their role as a client’s trusted advisor by expanding their comprehensive services with a new tool that meets the evolving needs of the profession while integrating with the firm’s existing workflow and product suite.

With this first-of-its-kind offering in the tax and accounting profession, Thomson Reuters is leveraging existing tools developed in its Legal business to help tax and accounting professionals ensure their business clients are in compliance with increasingly complex business requirements.
