• Passed CPA Exam July 2008
• First appeared as an expert witness in 2009
• I have spoken at several events and conferences including the 2017 CalCPA Family Law Conference where I spoke about equity compensation.

What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world? I am on the board of the Silicon Valley/San Jose chapter of the California Society of CPAs and am the immediate past president of this board. I organize and attend several events throughout the year for the benefit of my fellow CPAs.

Favorite books/websites/speakers:

One of my favorite speakers is Garrett Dailey, Esq. He is able to make case law fun and exciting and breaks complex issues down into easily understandable pieces.

What do you see yourself doing professionally in 10 years? Hopefully I will still be doing the expert witness work that I am doing today.
 
What accounting conferences do you normally attend? I generally attend the CalCPA Family Law Conference and the AICPA Valuation Conference.

What websites/magazines do you use to keep up on news of the accounting profession? Valuation Examiner and CalCPA Magazine.
