What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?

To say the world is changing is an understatement. Every aspect of how we live and work is being transformed. I believe the accounting and finance profession is strong, relevant and full of talented, honest, hard working people representing every generation. We are the silent backbone of the economy and we have a responsibility to make an impact. My passion lies in developing people and professionals to be ready for these opportunities, bringing together the wisdom of today’s leaders with the innovative, diverse and enthusiastic minds of tomorrow’s leaders. To go far, we must go together. #FutureReady

What do you see yourself doing professionally in 10 years?

The how and the what may change, but the why remains the same. To use my experience and learnings to help others succeed. I have been blessed to move further and further towards my “sweet spot” in the accounting profession and I want to help others do the same.
