Thomson Reuters released a new version of its web-based ONESOURCE Property Tax software, which now supports Microsoft SQL Server. ONESOURCE Property Tax 9.5 aims to streamline property tax filing and compliance.
“Knowing how dynamic the property tax landscape is, we wanted to make our solution even more nimble to keep up with the growing needs of our clients,” said Chip Ferris, senior director, Technology Solutions for ONESOURCE Property Tax. “Moving to the Microsoft SQL server environment allows us to provide a more robust platform for rapid development of the features and functionality that our customers demand.”
Features of ONESOURCE Property Tax 9.5 include access to the entire suite of ONESOURCE tax and accounting solutions needed to file and enhanced integration of the Asset and Tax Center. Users can toggle between different functionalities for uninterrupted return preparation and filing. Microsoft SQL support allows users to pull data from other systems, making it easier to access the necessary information.
Version 9.5, can be accessed from anywhere through a browser and offers immediate updates without downloads to install. The solution is SSAE 16 compliant and users have access to the latest forms, tax rules, due dates, and assessor addresses.
