ConvergenceCoaching Launches New How-To Remote and Blended Work Videos

ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, a national leadership and management consulting firm that helps public accounting and consulting firms achieve success, has launched its new Remote and Blended Work Video Learning Program.

According to the 2020 Anytime, Anywhere Work Survey results, over 81% of firms expect an increase in people working remote going forward. ConvergenceCoaching developed the remote and blended work video learning programs to support firms in driving further adoption and effectiveness of remote and blended work. These on-demand DIY videos allow firms to share with their teams in smaller, manageable segments and use them over time to ensure that all team members benefit from new ways of thinking and working.
