Convicted psychic swindler Rose Marks was sentenced to just over 10 years in federal prison Monday for defrauding clients of her family's fortune-telling businesses out of more than $17.8 million.

Big 4 accounting firm PwC US has appointed Jessica Good, a 20-year veteran of the firm, as the Assurance leader for the firm's Carolinas market. In her new role, she will lead a practice comprising over 375 PwC professionals throughout North and South Carolina. Good succeeds Crawford Pounds who has been appointed as the Market Managing Partner (MMP) for PwC's Carolinas market.
