HEICO Corporation Announces New Executive Management Team
HEICO Corporation, an aerospace, industrial, defense and electronics company, recently announced the following changes to its executive management team:
- Thomas S. Irwin, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President. Irwin will continue as a member of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of HEICO’s principal subsidiaries. Irwin will have responsibility for strategic matters and the transition of the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer duties.
- Carlos L. Macau, CPA was recently named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Macau has more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience working with numerous public and private manufacturing and service clients. Macau earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Indiana State University and is a member of the AICPA and Florida Institute of CPAs.
- Steven M. Walker, CPA, Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer, was promoted to Chief Accounting Officer. Walker will maintain his duties as Assistant Treasurer. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University and his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
