ParenteBeard and Presscott Associates Combine Practices

ParenteBeard LLC, a top 25 U.S. accounting firm, recently announced that it has combined its practice with Presscott Associates, Ltd. Presscott Associates will continue to operate under their own name as a division of ParenteBeard. Presscott Associates is a healthcare management consulting firm.

The combined firms will serve the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Connecticut, Texas and Maryland areas. Presscott’s clients will now have access to healthcare management consulting services as well as accounting and advisory solutions through ParenteBeard. Presscott currently serves hospitals, physicians, integrated delivery systems and national and regional health plans, as well as life sciences and technology companies.
