Cullari Carrico Merges with New Jersey Accounting Firm

Cullari, Carrico, Soojian, Burke, LCC, a five-partner firm headquartered here, has merged with Levin, Bartlett, Swantic & Co., LLC of Franklin Lakes, N.J., effective November 1, 2014.

Cullari, Carrico, Soojian, Burke, LCC, a five-partner firm headquartered here, has merged with Levin, Bartlett, Swantic & Co., LLC of Franklin Lakes, N.J., effective November 1, 2014.
 
Going forward, the combined firm will do business under the brand Cullari Carrico LLC. The merger brings Levin, Bartlett, Swantic & Co., LLC principals Dennis Bartlett and Michael Swantic aboard Cullari Carrico in addition to five staff members.
 
“We are excited about being able to continue our high level of service and to provide additional resources,” said Jason Cullari, managing member of Cullari Carrico.
 
“From our first meeting, we each struck a comfort level and quickly recognized the synergies the combined firm will bring to our clients,” explained Bartlett.
