Thomson Reuters has launched its new Corporate CPE Network subscription to help corporate professionals acquire up-to-date information, recommendations and best practices needed to understand, plan for, and implement new tax law and accounting requirements.
Thomson Reuters Corporate CPE Network is a video-based program providing training via DVDs or streaming videos along with supplemental training materials. Each monthly issue will focus on different subjects relevant to the educational needs of tax, accounting, and finance professionals that work in a corporate setting, helping them obtain or update skills necessary to succeed in today’s fast-paced business environment. Topics include accounting and financial reporting, tax planning and implementation of new tax laws, governance and risk, sustainability, decision making and negotiation, managing different generations, employee benefits, best practices, change management, and more.
“The Corporate CPE Network is designed to help corporate professionals stay on top of recent legislative and industry updates, news, and best practices by bringing experts into their organization in an affordable way,” said Ken Koskay, senior vice president, Learning Solutions, with the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters. “The program enables firms to provide live, in-house, uniform group training in a high quality and efficient way.”
The supplemental training materials included in the Thomson Reuters Corporate CPE Network consist of discussion problems and solutions to help spur group discussions, a written transcript organized with executive summaries and learning objectives, and access to an optional online exam.
CPE for a one year subscription will total 48 credits, with 50 during the initial offer period, for 25 participants.
