EPiServer Joins Avalara Partner Community

EPiServer, a global software provider for ecommerce and digital marketing solutions, has joined Avalara’s community of certified solution partners. Avalara, Inc. makes compliance solutions related to VAT, sales tax and other transactional taxes.

Avalara’s solution partners are software publishers that integrate Avalara’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering for compliance management directly into their own applications. Next week, (8-11 November), nearly six hundred attendees, including Ektron and EPiServer customers and partners, will gather for EPiServer Ascend ‘15, to learn how they can now use Avalara AvaTax™ from within the EPiServer Digital Experience Cloud™ platform to automatically manage their cross-border transaction tax compliance.

This partnership gives EPiServer the ability to bring indirect tax automation to its growing customer base in Europe and the United States. Avalara’s service allows businesses of all sizes to stay current with constantly changing rates and rules, taking the complexity away from merchants running on the EPiServer platform and helping them focus on their core offering.
