ImagineTime has launched its new ImagineTime Anywhere Mobile Application for use on Apple and Android phones and mobile devices. The company makes software and cloud-based systems for practice management at accounting firms and other professional service firms, including CRM, scheduling, calendaring and document management.
The new mobile application allows anyone using ImagineTime time and billing software to record time and expenses, as well as have access to client contact information, while out of the office.
Users can view clients’ information by tapping on the Client Contact screen and can send an email or make a telephone call through the app. Users can also record time slips for chargeable, non-chargeable time and expenses. The time slip information includes client name, work code, staff rate and notes.
ImagineTime’s systems integrate with professional tax preparation programs and QuickBooks.
