Randstad US Named Top Workplace
Mar. 27, 2017
Randstad US was named one of Atlanta’s top places to work by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution for the fifth consecutive year. The Top Workplaces Award is based on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics and measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.
“We are proud to receive this distinction and be named a best place to work in Atlanta for the fifth year in a row,” said Linda Galipeau, CEO, Randstad North America, who is based in the Atlanta headquarters. “By cultivating a culture and work environment that encourages employee engagement, collaboration and forward-thinking, we are able to deliver innovative workforce solutions to our customers, while simultaneously promoting the interests of our own employees. This award is a reflection of our core values that guide what we stand for as an organization and I couldn’t be more proud.”
“To be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day—the employees,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “Time and time again, our research has proven what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together.”
