Haskell & White LLP, one of Southern California’s largest independently owned accounting, auditing and tax consulting firms, has been named one of the “Best Places to Work” in Orange County, Calif., for the sixth year in a row.

The awards program identifies, recognizes and honors Orange County’s best places of employment based on the benefit they bring to the county’s economy, workforce and businesses as determined by the Best Companies Group and the Orange County Business Journal.

“We are thrilled to be named one of the county’s best places to work. Public accounting provides a career experience that is invaluable in today’s economy, and Haskell & White seeks to be an employer of choice for professionals just earning their CPA, as well as those with years of experience,” said Wayne Pinnell, managing partner of Haskell & White. “The partners are continually focusing on creating a culture that fosters the success of our employees and providing them with the resources they need to thrive personally and professionally.”

The program includes a two-part survey and audit process. The first part consisted of an evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part included a survey that measured each employee’s experience with the organization. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
