CohnReznick LLP, one of the top accounting, tax, and advisory firms in the country, announced several leadership hires and promotions in its Transactional Advisory practice. The moves are in response to mergers and acquisitions activity among financial sponsors, independent sponsors, corporate investors, family offices, and privately-owned companies in the middle market.
Helana Robbins Huddleston (Chicago), Natalie Tronkina (Los Angeles) and Sedic Ampanas (New York) have been promoted to Managing Director. Jeffrey Michelson (New York), has joined CohnReznick as a Managing Director. Hayk Galstyan (Los Angeles) has been promoted to Manager.
These individuals are part of a national team of Transaction Advisory professionals, who deliver comprehensive buy and sell-side services across the investment life cycle, supporting the Firm’s Private Equity, Family Office, Strategic and Lender clients.
