Vertex, Inc., a provider of tax technology and services, has announced that its Tax Integration 1.0 with SAP S/4HANA® Cloud for USA by Vertex has achieved SAP® certification as integrated with SAP S/4HANA ® Cloud and has earned “co-innovated with SAP” status.
The “co-innovated with SAP” initiative is designed to help partners through the entire development lifecycle that culminates with a fully tested and certified solution. It is an end-to-end program of guided services offered by the SAP Partner Innovation Lifecycle Services organization that helps partners take their products to market.

Prasad, senior vice president and head of partner innovation lifecycle services at SAP. “Vertex worked closely with SAP to achieve co-innovated with SAP status for integration of their Vertex® Cloud Indirect Tax solution with this new open API.”
This latest integration between “Tax Integration 1.0 with SAP S/4HANA® Cloud for USA by Vertex” and SAP S/4HANA Cloud enables a simpler and faster implementation timeline, as well as enabling improvements to overall customer experience. Vertex indirect tax solutions support accurate, automated sales and use tax calculations, as well as signature-ready returns. Mutual customers can easily access Vertex indirect tax solutions from the SAP® App Center.

The SAP ® Integration and Certification Center (part of the SAP Partner Innovation Lifecycle Services organization) has announced that “Tax Integration 1.0 with SAP S/4HANA® Cloud for USA by Vertex” integrates with SAP S/4HANA Cloud using standard integration technologies. It is designed to act as the digital core, helping customers drive digital transformation across their entire organizations, taking advantage of the award-winning, role-based user experience of SAP Fiori®.
