Ernst & Young LLP (EY) announced today that the 52 professionals of NogginLabs have joined the EY People Advisory Services practice. This new team significantly expands EY’s resources providing digital learning and training services to clients.
“Learning is a key component of any strategic business transformation, whether it’s due to a transaction, an internal restructuring or a change in a company’s vision. Our clients are looking to us for help as they address learning in a time of increased globalization, digital transformation, disruption, and a continually changing workplace landscape,” said Marna Ricker, EY Americas Vice Chair of Tax Services. “The NogginLabs team is experienced and incredibly creative, and we know that our clients — and our firm — will benefit from their innovative approach to learning as we focus on the workplace of the future.”
Chicago-based NogginLabs began 20 years ago with a goal of changing how people learn. The firm provides bespoke digital learning including simulations, gamifications, custom learning portals and expert systems. The firm’s employees have cutting edge skills in digital learning including instructional design, content production, graphic and 3D design and software development. NogginLabs has been the recipient of more than 100 awards for their work in the field of digital learning.
“We’re incredibly proud of all that we have accomplished over the past 20 years and we’re very excited to be joining EY,” said Brian Knudson, Principal, formerly founder of NogginLabs. “We have worked with EY for a number of years and we share a vision of how to shape the future of work and what is possible for the future of learning. We also embrace EY’s culture of providing exceptional client service. Bottom line, this is a great fit for EY, NogginLabs and our clients.”
