Vertex Inc., a provider of tax technology and services and Platinum level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of its Vertex Indirect Tax O Series solution with Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 to deliver an enhanced user experience, as well as scalability, high performance and increased security.

To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements based on the needs and priorities of the customers. This certification enables Vertex to streamline deployment and provide an elevated user experience, resulting in additional tax support and value for companies, including those with complex tax needs.

By incorporating Vertex tax solutions with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, businesses have a unified, automated and accurate tax calculation experience through to the compliance process of producing, filing and remitting returns and payment. Vertex tax solutions also provide the flexibility businesses need to handle even the most complex tax scenarios including centralized maintenance of all compliance activities. In addition, the integration with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne requires no invasive changes to ERP core internal modules, making it easier for clients to configure and upgrade Vertex software.

Vertex provides the most up-to-date rates, rules and product taxability for sales tax, freeing up internal resources for higher value projects. Vertex tax solutions are available in cloud-based, on-premise and hosted deployment environments.
