Building on more than a decade’s experience providing enterprise risk management (ERM) and cybersecurity services, The Bonadio Group is introducing a new brand, FoxPointe Solutions, to support businesses’ growing and evolving needs for information risk management (IRM) services. Co-founded by Executive Vice Presidents/Partners Carl Cadregari and Charlie Wood, FoxPointe Solutions offers a full range of IRM services, including cybersecurity, HITRUST, PCI compliance, IT internal audit, penetration testing, and more. John Roman, who joined The Bonadio Group in 2018 as CIO, will serve as president and chief operating officer of FoxPointe Solutions.

“Managing and mitigating risk is essential to every business’s security and success,” said Bruce Zicari, CEO, The Bonadio Group. “With the launch of FoxPointe Solutions, we’re expanding our national reach to provide IRM solutions in response to the growing need for these services.”

FoxPointe Solutions serves as an extension of The Bonadio Group’s already expansive efforts to help businesses evaluate and address threats and gaps in their existing processes and systems. The firm will continue to offer IRM solutions to current clients and prospects through FoxPointe Solutions, whose services will also be available to companies independent of The Bonadio Group.

“FoxPointe Solutions is a new entity, but we’re not starting from the ground floor. Our expert professionals, years of experience, resources and partnerships that we’ve built under The Bonadio Group will all carry over,” said Roman. “We’re excited to expand the scope and availability of these important IRM services at a time when the security landscape is increasingly complex and challenging for all companies.”
