AccountingSuite, a cloud-based accounting software platform, has launched an integration with Biller Genie allowing users to seamlessly streamline the billing and invoicing process in a single system. The integration empowers users of both programs to automate the invoice to payment process, providing businesses the ability to pay via ACH, credit or debit card.

The integration removes the need for double entry, elimination of errors, automation of notification processes, client portal, and seamless reconciliation in the AccountingSuite ledger. All entries will post in the AccountingSuite ledger, providing transparency and much-needed visibility to businesses.

The fully automated platform also offers AccountingSuite users the following features:

  • Automation of the entire notification and follow-up process. This includes late payment reminders and thank-you notes on a custom schedule determined by the user.
  • Integrated ACH, debit and credit card payments resulting in seamless reconciliation. These payments are automatically synced to existing Accounting Suite accounts.
  • A completely branded user experience to strengthen brand awareness. This allows users to view invoices, review payment history, store payment information, and set up automatic payments.
  • A dedicated customer portal that drives self-service
  • A late-fee manager alerting customers about penalties associated with delinquencies, a feature that expedites payments
  • Elimination of duplicate data entry and errors
