In the industry since 2012, Or is a trusted advisor to a diverse group of clients. He serves businesses among various industries including technology, food and beverage, skincare, and apparel as well as related business owners, founders, executives, and families. His experience involves all aspects both business and individual tax & financial advisory services, including development and implementation of tax planning strategies, entity structuring, succession planning, estate tax planning, and executive compensation and stock option planning. Earlier this year, his firm recognized him as a Rising Star honoree.

Impact in the profession, community, and the world:

Or currently serves on the local board of the Jewish National Fund (JNF) as Vice President. Over the past 113 years, JNF has evolved into a global environmental leader by planting more than 250 million trees, building over 240 reservoirs and dams, developing over 250,000 acres of land, creating more than 2,000 parks, and providing the infrastructure for over 1,000 communities.

Or is also a passionate advocate for advancing financial literacy. He volunteers his time with Junior Achievement of Southern California, including participation in Finance Park, an immersive simulation whereby students from local schools have an opportunity to formulate and execute a personal budget. He further fulfills this passion serving on the CalCPA Financial Literacy Committee which leads the state’s CPA profession in an effort to advance the financial literacy of Californians.

Additionally, to help advance the CPA profession in a collaborative fashion, he serves as a mentor to several undergraduate accounting majors at his alma mater (Yeshiva University). He also serves as an instructor at multiple tax technical courses at internal firm trainings.
