Ellrich, Neal, Smith & Stohlman, P.A. (ENSS), a full-service certified public accounting firm, has expanded into the Orlando market, serving as the firm’s third location enabling them to reach more clients across the state and offer unparalleled accounting services to existing and future customers.

“ENSS has been a leader in forensic accounting, litigation, financial and tax services for our clients throughout the state of Florida for more than 30 years from our locations in Palm Beach County and Miami,” said W. David Ellrich CPA/ABV, ASA, CFE, CVA, CFF and Managing Partner of ENSS. “As our business continues to see rapid growth across the state, opening an office in Orlando was a natural next step for us as we aim to build a greater presence in the Central Florida market and better service our customers in Orlando.”

The new Orlando office is led by Keith E. Gardere, CPA/ABV, who joined the firm in January 2007 and is now a shareholder currently working in the business valuation and litigation service department. In addition, he has experience preparing Federal and State income tax returns for all businesses and personal entities and has worked on various assurance engagements including reviews and compilations of business and personal financial statements.

“At ENSS our highly experienced team of credentialed CPAs have been recognized for their excellence in business valuation, forensic accounting and litigation services for businesses and individual parties across the state of Florida,” said Keith Gardere, CPA/ABV and shareholder of ENSS. “I am honored to be spearheading the opening of our first location in Orlando to bring these services to our future and existing clients and oversee growth in this market.”

ENSS consists of two departments and its services include:

Litigation Services and Business Valuation Department

  • Litigation Services—The firm’s litigation services department provides professional services to participants in the legal process. These services include forensic accounting, fraud detection and prevention, assistance with discovery matters, consultation, and expert witness testimony. The firm’s trained valuation analysts have the qualifications and experience to value a business for a variety of purposes, including the purchase or sale of a business, divorce of an owner, estate and gift matters, business and contractual disputes, eminent domain condemnations, and to assist in financing.

Tax and Assurance Services Department

  • Business Advisor and Management Services—ENSS’s expertise in this area includes business plan development and operational reviews. The firm also provides services in market assessment and analysis, financial projections and forecasts, cash management, succession planning, budget analysis and trend analysis such as sales, expenses and cash flow.
  • Tax and Assurance Services—Tax services include the preparation of federal and state income tax returns for all business, not-for-profit organizations, and personal entities including individuals, estates, trusts, partnerships and corporations as well as business and individual tax planning and consulting. ENSS also assist new businesses with basic ownership options and tax consequences and guide growing businesses through year-end planning and projections. Services in the assurance category include review and compilation of business and personal financial statements. ENSS prepares GAAP-compliant financial statements as well as tailor-made financial analyses that can help business owners and managers eliminate inefficiency and realize a business’s full profit potential.
