6 Tips for Growing Your Business in 2021...and Beyond

In this new world emerging from economic decline, there are many opportunities to pick up the pieces and profit.

New technologies —particularly in the cloud —have proven their worth.

Lessons have been learned about cash flow. Leftover funding from various federal stimulus programs will be around in 2021 to help fuel growth.

Like any recession, this one has cut the fat. Businesses that were teetering on extinction before the pandemic are now extinct. Others got help from the government. Many more figured out how to get their work done while all of their employees were out of the office.

To all of these businesses still around, I tip my hat with admiration: You did it. And now you can prosper again.
