Ethan Kahn Joins the Bonadio Group’s New York City Office as Partner
Nationally ranked top 50 CPA firm The Bonadio Group has recently added Ethan Kahn as a new partner. Kahn will support the Healthcare/Tax Exempt Practice from the firm’s Manhattan office.
Kahn joins Bonadio from Mazars, where he most recently served as Partner. To this new role, Kahn brings more than two decades of experience delivering audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services to organizations of all sizes in the not-for-profit, government-funded and healthcare sectors. His previous clients have included those within social services, clinics, charitable organizations, religious organizations, schools, private foundations, museums, historical societies, healthcare institutions and more.
In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Kahn frequently delivers presentations to train nonprofit groups at forums including the New York City Mayor’s office, the New York City BAR Association, colleges and universities, boards of directors, law firms and even other accounting firms, as well as at AICPA and NYSSCPA. Kahn also currently serves as the Chairman of the Annual NYSSCPA Exempt Organizations Conference for the 11th recurring year.
Prometric Appoints New Chief Technology Officer to Senior Management Team
Prometric LLC (“Prometric”), a global leader providing end-to-end assessment services and solutions to certification and licensure bodies and educational institutions worldwide, recently announced that Oliver Chang joined the company as Chief Technology Officer.
Mr. Chang is an established technology industry veteran with significant experience leading global technology organizations in the development and implementation of cloud-based strategies for SaaS and on-site deployed technologies for clients across a range of industries that align closely with Prometric’s market engagement and strategic focus.
He will work closely with Prometric clients, in-house experts and technology industry partners to develop and deliver product innovations to the assessment market that provide tangible value and results to organizations worldwide. Prior to joining Prometric, Mr. Chang served as Vice President of Software Product Development for Diebold Nixdorf, a global information technology firm serving banking and retail customers.
Associated with this transition, Prometric and industry veteran Paul Forrester will assume the role of Senior Vice President Test Development Services, where he will focus on process and technology enhancements that result in best-in-class assessment development, item banking and psychometric services for the global market. He will also provide strategic direction for the ongoing development and enhancement of the Prometric Assessment System, a proprietary end-to-end integrated item creation and assessment management solution that ensures a differentiable high-quality candidate and client experience.
Megan Krajnik joins LeaseCrunch as Head of Marketing
LeaseCrunch, a cloud-based lease accounting software company, recently announced Megan Krajnik as the Head of Marketing. Megan will be responsible for developing and implementing the corporate marketing and go-to-market strategy to help the company achieve revenue growth.
Most recently, Megan led North America partner marketing at BlueVoyant, a cybersecurity services company, where she grew and fostered marketing partnerships with reseller and strategic partners and executed channel marketing programs that drove new business and increased pipeline. Prior to that, she was the Director of Marketing at PKWARE, a data security software company.
Megan holds a bachelor of arts degree in public relations from Marquette University, where she was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America, the College of Communication Mentor Program, Pi Beta Phi and Lambda Pi Eta.
