New Firm Spins Off of TDT

Two divisions of Iowa-based Accounting Firm, TDT CPAs and Advisors, are spinning off to create a new firm called Forge Financial and Management Consulting.

Forge Financial and Management Consulting is launching on October 31, 2022. Forge is a business consulting firm with a foundation in finance; they help business leaders grow their organizations to the next level by turning financial information into leadership and operational intelligence.

Forge is a new company helping small and mid-market businesses, but they’re not actually new. Forge was created from the Business Intelligence and Audit divisions of TDT CPAs and Advisors spinning off to become a separate firm. Their team of CPAs and Business Advisors have been serving over 300 client groups, representing nearly 900 entities and families, as TDT, and will continue to serve them as Forge Financial and Management Consulting. Forge will be headquartered in West Des Moines, Iowa, with clients and team members located across the U.S.
