Braintree, MA-based accounting firm O’Connor & Drew P.C. said its 18 partners and approximately 110 team members have joined top 25 firm Withum and will continue at their locations in Braintree and Winchester, MA, after the two firms combined on Jan. 1.

Established in 1949, O’Connor & Drew provides a wide range of accounting, advisory, and tax services, with a focus on automobile dealerships, higher education institutions, employee benefit plans, manufacturers, distributors, governmental entities, and nonprofit organizations.

The deal, terms of which were not released, expands Withum’s footprint in New England.
