What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community or the world?

Several years ago, I created and committed to a personal mission, to say “yes” to anything that scares me, both personally and professionally. Ever since that day, I have accomplished so much, and it has set me out on a path I otherwise may never have known. As a co-founder of a national not-for-profit, FountainHead RI, I have been part of one of the most talented group of leaders in the country, whereby we have taken something that previously didn’t exist and created an ecosystem of almost 1,300 business and community leaders. In doing so, we have helped to create a more inclusive, dynamic, and better prepared professional community for years to come.

I am excited to announce that I am working on writing and publishing my very first book, which I am aiming to complete later this year. The book will be a fable bringing together lessons on life, career, failure, success, and so much more. It is about blocking out the external noise, focusing on what is truly important, and pushing yourself to learn and grow, while uplifting those around you. Stay tuned!
