• Entigrity successfully introduced “Entigrity Captives,” a program dedicated to assisting accounting firms in establishing offshore offices through joint venture partnerships. The company has expanded its reach, now operating in 25 offices across 18 cities in India and the Philippines.
• 2023 notable achievements of Entigrity include receiving prestigious awards like the “Global Best Employer Brand” and obtaining certification as a “Great Place to Work,” underscoring its commitment to excellence and empowering its employees.
• Entigrity has recently launched an M & A Advisory platform for Accounting firms. (Which will help it’s clients to grow in organically through acquisition route)
• Entigrity Ventures, a new-age platform, will invest in accounting and CPA firms through strategic partnerships, facilitating their growth and transformation into modernised businesses.
• Entigrity Synergy, a dedicated division, is poised to assist accounting firms by offering specialised tax, audit, and technology services. This unique approach alleviates the burden of expanding workforce or investing in additional manpower. Entigrity Synergy team will take care of the entire engagement end-to-end and work under banner of CPA firm.
• Entigrity has also achieved SOC 2 Type 2 certification, highlighting its commitment to maintaining robust security and privacy standards in its operations. 

What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?

• Begun in 2022 initially to provide support for existing clients, Shawn has now taken on a more substantial role, actively engaging in the Coaching of over 150 Manager Partners from mid to large-sized accounting firms.
• In addition to his coaching responsibilities, he has authored the book “Offshoring Trends 2023 & Beyond,“
• Our goal is to democratise access to global talent for accounting firms.
• Shawn presented in more than 50+ webinars/seminars in 2023 across various forums, on building awareness around AI, Offshoring, M & A, Team Management and Niche’s for Accounting firms etc.
• Furthermore, the company’s commitment to social welfare and education was recognized with the Social Welfare and Growth Award for Education & Empowering Communities at The CSR Journal Excellence.
• Entigrity has launched Entigrity Academy in May 2023. This not-for-profit platform offers affordable professional courses like CPA, EA, CISA, CIA etc., to Indian students and professionals. It offers affordable EA exam preparation courses for approximately USD 30. This aims to bridge educational gaps and enhance employability, particularly in small towns and remote areas, reaching over 500k individuals in 5 to 7 years.
