What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?
Beyond Fringe and our core mission to provide individuals and business owners technical guidance and support they can take action on. Aaron has been making it his personal mission to help out the profession as much as possible. His latest endeavors revolve around helping the aging profession with succession and modernization. Aaron has been mentoring those at the end of their career in how to make their firms more attractive to the younger generation to acquire vs having to dismantle their legacy. He has also been acquiring some of these firms and implementing technology upgrade and education to the client base to walk them to the modern ways. He is currently working on a playbook to help individuals who want to buy a traditional firm and efficiently modernize it to allow younger professionals a direct road to firm ownership via acquisition.
