RKL to Merge in Kauffman CPA Co.
The top 60 firm is merging fellow Lancaster, PA-based firm Kauffman CPA Co. into its RKL Virtual Management Solutions subsidiary.

Top 60 accounting firm RKL is merging fellow Lancaster, PA-based firm Kauffman CPA Co. into its RKL Virtual Management Solutions subsidiary, effective July 1.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. As part of the transaction, approximately 15 Kauffman CPA Co. team members, including founder and owner Doug Kauffman, will join the more than 650 RKL professionals nationwide and will be based out of the Lancaster office.
Launched in October 2022, RKL Virtual and its team of nearly 50 professionals focus on helping organizations nationwide manage their outsourced accounting, financial management, human resources, and payroll services.

Since 2013, Kauffman CPA Co. has worked with small and medium-sized businesses, including many in the creative services industry. The firm’s accounting advisors focus on helping clients get financial clarity by streamlining and automating processes using best-in-class technology.
