Staffing firm Atrium recently put out its 2025 Salary Guide, which includes projected pay ranges for seven roles in public accounting.

’Tis the season for staffing firms to release their salary prognostications for various accounting and finance roles for the upcoming year, and one of the first for 2025 comes from Atrium.

The staffing and recruiting firm recently put out its 2025 Salary Guide, which includes a section for finance and accounting.

Atrium said its team gathers salary and compensation data from the company’s own historical data and reputable third-party sources, conducts a comprehensive analysis of the employment market, and considers regional and industry-specific variations.

“After carefully categorizing and standardizing job roles for accurate comparisons, our in- house experts rigorously validate the data,” Atrium said. “This includes cross-referencing with multiple sources and consulting industry experts for accuracy. The validated data is then thoroughly analyzed to provide meaningful insights and trends, which are compiled into a detailed and easy-to-understand guide.”

In its finance and accounting section, Atrium provides projected 2025 salary ranges for seven jobs in public accounting, with base pay based on a professional’s experience level: low, mid, or high.
