Cherry Bekaert Picks Up ArcherPoint, Suite Engine

The acquisitions expand the top 25 accounting firm's enterprise resource planning and technology and consulting capabilities.

Top 25 accounting firm Cherry Bekaert is expanding its enterprise resource planning (ERP) and technology and consulting capabilities by acquiring ArcherPoint, a Microsoft Certified Solutions partner servicing clients across North America and Europe, as well as an ArcherPoint affiliate, Suite Engine, a solutions developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Financial terms of the deals weren’t disclosed.

Headquartered in Lawrenceville, GA, ArcherPoint has a nationwide presence, as well as offices in Canada and India, and brings in approximately $32 million in total annual revenue. For more than 20 years, ArcherPoint has been providing full-service ERP implementation, integration, development, support, and upgrade services to clients in the manufacturing, distribution, retail/ecommerce, and professional services industries.

As a global Certified Microsoft Dynamics Solutions partner and LS Retail partner, ArcherPoint provides clients with modern workplace solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, LS Retail, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.

The acquisition of ArcherPoint enhances Cherry Bekaert’s ability to advise clients on the best business applications for their needs, according to Michelle Thompson, CEO of Raleigh, NC-based Cherry Bekaert Advisory.

Also headquartered in Lawrenceville, Suite Engine supports complex, multichannel businesses and processes with solutions powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Each solution integrates with all Microsoft 365 apps and is hosted in the cloud by Microsoft. Solutions provided by the company include payment processing, ecommerce channel management, residential development management, and heavy equipment dealer management systems.

  • Equipment dealer management system: RPM, a commercial and industrial equipment sales, rental, and service solution.
  • Multichannel sales management software: CSM, a unified ecommerce channel management solution.
  • Construction management system: HomeBuilder, a residential development management solution.
  • Payment processing software: CPM, a retail payments workflow application.

The acquisitions of ArcherPoint and Suite Engine come two months after the accounting firm acquired Houston-based Kerr Consulting, a business applications and cloud technology provider servicing clients across the U.S.
