Crowe Launches Human Capital Consulting Practice

The new human capital consulting practice at Crowe will be led by Joy Duce, who previously was chief people officer at Baker Tilly.

Top 15 accounting firm Crowe said on Oct. 31 it has launched a human capital consulting practice, led by seasoned industry specialist Joy Duce.

The new service offering provides organizations of all sizes across industries with tailored solutions to manage the full employee life cycle—from policies and processes to due diligence, regulatory obligations, and more, Crowe said in a media release.

Duce joins Crowe with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations achieve strategic business objectives through talent management and organizational effectiveness solutions. She previously served for more than three years as chief people officer at top 10 accounting firm Baker Tilly.

In her role as human capital consulting leader, Duce will manage the delivery of the firm’s range of consulting services across talent management and outsourcing, helping businesses meet their strategic goals and manage compliance requirements.
