SD Mayer Merges in Bogdan & Frasco in California

The San Francisco-based top 400 accounting firm has combined with Bogdan & Frasco, a boutique accounting firm also based in the "City by the Bay."

San Francisco-based top 400 accounting firm SD Mayer & Associates has combined with Bogdan & Frasco, a boutique accounting firm also based in the “City by the Bay.”

As part of the merger, Bogdan & Frasco co-founder Greg Bogdan will join SD Mayer as a partner, bringing more than four decades of expertise in estate planning, tax compliance, and financial consulting. The firm’s other co-founder, Alexander Frasco, is retiring. Craig Lewis, a longtime partner at Bogdan & Frasco, will also join SD Mayer as a partner.
