Top 100 accounting firm Brady Martz & Associates has expanded its automotive dealerships team and footprint with the addition of Corinth, TX-based full-service accounting firm Green & Miller PC.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The Green & Miller office located in Corinth will now operate as a Brady Martz office.
The move expands the reach of Brady Martz’s dealerships client base from 18 to 24 states.
“This transition represents not only growth in this particular industry but also an opportunity to combine the unique strengths of both firms,” Stacy DuToit, CEO of Grand Forks, ND-based Brady Martz, said in a statement. “Green & Miller brings expertise and valued relationships to the Firm, and we are eager to support them in delivering the high-quality service their clients have come to expect.”
Green & Miller has been providing accounting, tax, and business consulting services to clients, including dealerships, for nearly 30 years.
Founded in 1927, Brady Martz operates across nine offices in North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota, offering advisory, audit and assurance, and tax services to a diverse range of industries.
