San Francisco-based top 35 accounting firm BPM launched a new international network, BPM Global Ltd., on Feb. 3 made up of independent member firms.

The member firms will offer high-quality support for clients’ international operations and cross-border activities under a single brand, BPM said in a media release.

The first member firm of BPM Global Ltd. is Enspira Financial based in Australia, with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. Enspira offers accounting, audit, tax, and consulting services to a diverse client base in a variety of industry sectors, including construction, professional services, not-for-profits, financial licensees, and foreign subsidiaries. Enspira will remain a separate entity but will operate under the BPM Global Network member brand.

Jim Wallace

“By creating this network, we’re redefining our global brand identity,” Jim Wallace, CEO of BPM Global Ltd., said in a statement “Enspira’s cultural alignment and commitment to people mirrors that of BPM, our founding member. We could not be more thrilled to welcome Enspira as our first network member.”

BPM and Enspira are also members of Allinial Global, an association of legally independent accounting and consulting firms whose members collaborate to bring their clients best-in-class solutions. Both BPM and Enspira will continue their membership with Allinial Global, with Wallace serving as chair of the Global Executive Committee Board.

“We are honored to join the BPM Global Network as its first member,” Enspina CEO Sook Smith said. “Through our membership of BPM Global Ltd, we’re excited to provide our clients with augmented international support while expanding our global brand.”
