Miami-based KSDT CPA is merging with Douglas N. Rice CPA, a full-service accounting practice in Coconut Grove, FL.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
“This merger strengthens our ability to provide top-tier accounting, tax, and advisory services while ensuring a seamless transition for all clients,” KSDT CPA, one of the top 200 largest accounting firms in the U.S., said in a media release.
Founded in 1985, Douglas N. Rice CPA provides such services as cloud accounting, tax strategies, international tax, and outsourced CFO to clients that range from startups and small and medium-sized businesses to high-net-worth individuals. Its specialties also include record-keeping and filing requirements, estate tax planning, business consultancy and valuation, investment review, and strategic asset allocation.

This latest merger comes a week after KSDT CPA announced it had merged with Colbert & Boue, an accounting firm based in Coral Gables, FL.
Founded in 1976, KSDT CPA (Kabat Schertzer De La Torre Taraboulos & Co.) provides professional services that include tax, audit, accounting, litigation, and wealth management, among others. The firm employs roughly 300 professionals. KSDT CPA also has offices in Boca Raton, Weston, and Coral Gables in Florida.
