Artificial intelligence-powered people management platform Lattice has debuted its AI agent for human resources, designed to help HR teams work better and make employees more productive.
“When employees have questions, Lattice AI gives them answers without having to hunt and peck through intranets, documents, and knowledge bases. And instead of being burdened by busy work, Lattice AI now enables HR teams to focus on what matters most: driving performance, shaping the company culture and workforce, and making data-backed decisions that fuel business success,” the San Francisco-based company said in a March 18 media release.
Lattice AI securely trains on your company policies and content that span across PDFs, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, intranets, and other sources to provide context and grounding for fast, accurate answers to HR-related questions. Soon, Lattice AI will further incorporate Lattice product data to provide personalized answers for every employee, the company said.
By analyzing patterns in employee inquiries, Lattice’s AI agent surfaces actionable insights that help HR teams refine policies, improve the employee experience, and anticipate workforce needs. The agent provides instant, personalized responses to prompts such as:
- Who are my top performers? Where should I spend my time with the team? Are there any retention risks?
- I want to advance to the next level. What skills should I develop over the next six months to be promotion-ready? What roles would I be a good fit for?
- I’m caring for a sick family member. How much PTO do I have? What benefits are provided?
