Career Highlights
In the past year, building on my previous publications and speaking engagements I not only became a Certified Cryptocurrency Auditor, and completed an Executive Education Certificate at MIT specializing in AI and Business Strategy. Additionally I was named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting in 2023, as well as being named to the ROI-NJ Accounting Influencer List for 2024.

What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?

My professional outreach has consistently been focused on improving the education and awareness of accounting professionals as it relates to emerging technologies. These efforts include dozens of presentations for accounting societies across the United States, guest lectures at institutions of higher education in the U.S. and abroad, and volunteering to participate in Pay-It-Forward initiatives, where CPAs visit local high schools to discuss the opportunities in the accounting field.

Current Professional Reading / Listening:

I’m currently reading the following three (3) books, which I am finding extremely interesting

  • The Coming Wave, by Mustafa Suleyman
  • Hidden Potential, by Adam Grant
  • The Future of Geography, by Tim Marshall

See all of the 2023 “40 Under 40” and “20 Under 40” honorees.
