Georgia Smith is the Senior Technology Product Manager for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America and has over 25 years of experience in tax preparation. Georgia owns and manages a tax preparation and bookkeeping business that serves individuals, small businesses, and small non-profits. Greg Hoss is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America. As the Lead Technology Product Manager, he specializes in Firm Management products, with a focus on CCH Axcess Workflow.

Greg’s career journey includes roles in support, training, and product management, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. His experience as a support and onboarding specialist has been instrumental in identifying pain points and needs of CPA firm end users.

Gail Perry is the editor-in-chief of CPA Practice Advisor. A veteran of accounting journalism, she also speaks at many accounting events, trade shows, and webinars.
