Startup Success Weekend: The Six Degrees of Startup Success is geared toward current small business owners and entrepreneurs looking to launch their own business. The workshop will feature a panel of business advisors, tax consultants and attorneys and cover topics such as forming a business, tax planning, capital-raising strategies, business planning, sales and marketing. Attendees will learn effective ways to increase profits and discuss new rules and regulations that could affect their specific financial situations. One-on-one consultations with business experts will be available to help entrepreneurs ensure they are properly managing their unique tax and legal obligations as a business owner.
“Individuals who can benefit most from this event would be current small business owners, home-based business owners, sole proprietors, 1099 contractors, prospective business owners and capital seekers-anyone who wants to minimize their taxes and protect their assets,” says Gary Milwick, president of Corporate Tax Network.
