BQE – BillQuick 2015
BQE BillQuick 2015 was released on March 18, 2015. Built using the latest release of dot net technology, it is packed with over 80 new features. Most noticeable are the performance enhancements made throughout the application. Screen updates and reports are displayed in fraction of seconds.
BQE tested its new engine with customer databases containing millions of transactions. As an example a balance sheet that would take minutes now takes few seconds to display. Other great improvements made in 2015 are:
- Brand new user interface with white, blue and gray color scheme that provided rich user experience.
- Project-based accounting where users can assign custom GL accounts to projects • Class tracking at the Client, Project and Item level.
- Journal icon on invoice, payment and vendor bills that displays the debits and credits related to the document being viewed.
- Overtime calculator that can handle the overtime rules for most regions of the world including the complicated California overtime calculation rules.
- Brand New “Recurring + Hourly” contract type designed to help professionals that charge a recurring fee for a set of tasks and bill additional services on an hourly basis
