CPA Site Solutions offers complete website design for accounting firms, and is a good solution for firms of any size. With four versions available, users can easily scale up to a more powerful version if necessary, with complete web design available in all four plans.

CPA Site Solutions Silver plan offers 69 ready-to-go web designs, while the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond plans offer 250, with each plan offering new designs each year. All plans offer responsive designs that are optimized for use on a variety of devices including desktop computers, laptops, network computers, and iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. Firm logos can be added to any of the designs, or users can choose from 100 logos that can be used on the new site. There is no design fee involved in the creation of any website, and users can cancel their subscription at any time.

For those looking for a completely custom site, the Diamond plan offers elite designs, a custom color pallet, and a personalized home page, with the option to add additional custom pages as desired. Users can also opt to use their own current web design, subscribing to CPA Site Solutions other features including the Website Content option, which provides access to more than 3,000 pages of business and tax guides, 58 interactive calculators, and a 10-page tax resource center. 

CPA Site Solutions includes 10 professional home page options, with both standard and dynamic options available, with a customized homepage option available in the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond plans. Customizable slideshow options are also available for the homepage. Users can add custom images or use CPA Site Solutions images if desired. The application also includes the option to add an unlimited number of pages, animate slideshows if desired, and choose from more than 20 add on widgets. For those wanting their website up and running quickly, there are 67 pages of fully loaded customizable pages available for immediate use.

Content features in CPA Site Solutions is outstanding, with all plans offering access to an automated monthly client newsletter, business strategies articles, an investment strategies section, access to an optional blog feed, and an FAQ page that contains 1,000 questions and answers. Users can also add tax organizers to their website, with both interactive and custom organizers available. A secure portal is available, making it easy to share confidential documents with clients, along with an option to accept credit cards online as well. For those that offer special events, seminar promotion and registration can be included on the site, with the option to set up an online store.

CPA Site Solutions allows firms to their own domain, and also includes domain name registration, transfer and renewal services. Multiple domains can be pointed to the website, and full website hosting is included in all plans.

The completed website can be easily updated by using the Site Manager feature, with a comprehensive Site Manager tutorial available for new users. Users can easily edit existing pages, add new pages, upload images, and add hyperlinks using Site Manager, with personal website training is offered by CPA Site Solutions as well.

For those concerned about web traffic, CPA Site Solutions offers excellent website optimization, with users able to view all website traffic statistics (Platinum and Diamond only) automatic site optimization, customizable search engine descriptions, and unique page titles. In addition, there are numerous add-ons not included in the core plans, such as additional HTTPS security, search engine optimization, social media options for accountants, and a pay-per-click option as well.

Also offered in CPA Site Solutions is a complete email marketing system, which includes the monthly client newsletter, the ability to create a custom newsletter list, an option to import or export a content list, and the ability to create and schedule messages to clients.

CPA Site Solutions includes a comprehensive Help Center, where users can access step-by-step instructions in a variety of categories. A step-by-step help center is included in the application, and free site setup is included with all plans. For Gold, Platinum, and Diamond plan subscribers, toll free support is available, as is email support, with a live chat option offered as well. In addition, CPA Site Solutions offers assistance from experienced webmasters throughout the entire setup process, with free customization offered. Remote assistance is also available to address more stubborn issues.

CPA Site Solutions remains the top choice for comprehensive website building for CPAs. Well suited for any size firm, CPA Site Solutions offers four plans to choose from, starting with the Silver plan, which is priced at $65.50 per month, Gold, which is $86.50, Platinum, which is $112.50, and Diamond, which is $142.00 per month, with plan pricing based on a monthly payment.
