Top 20 accounting firm Eide Bailly said on Tuesday that it will be merging in Bessolo Haworth, a full-service accounting and financial services firm with offices in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle areas, on Oct. 23.
Once finalized, the merger will bring five partners and 20 staff into Eide Bailly and extend the firm’s footprint in California and the Greater Seattle area.
“We are excited to combine forces with Bessolo Haworth to further expand and enhance services to our clients,” Eide Bailly CEO and Managing Partner Jeremy Hauk said in a press release. “With this shared vision, we are eager to contribute to the collective success and to forge a path of continued excellence together.”
Bessolo Haworth, headquartered in Sherman Oaks, CA, was founded by John Bessolo, Larry Haworth, and Peggy Clark in 2007. The firm provides accounting and auditing, income tax planning and preparation, estate planning and compliance, investment consulting, and business advisory services to middle-market companies and high-net-worth individuals.
“From the initial introduction, it was clear that cultural alignment existed between our firms,” said Haworth, the firm’s managing partner. “It was the knowledge of Eide Bailly’s culture, along with their committed and professional staff, that made uniting an attractive option for Bessolo Haworth.”
“Eide Bailly and Bessolo Haworth team members share a similar culture and approach to client service,” Bessolo added. “The opportunity to partner represents a significant milestone for us, one that reaffirms our commitment to continue providing value to our clients.”
Eide Bailly will inherit Bessolo Haworth’s offices in Sherman Oaks, San Rafael, CA, and Gig Harbor, WA. The firm currently has 43 offices in 15 states.
