Right Networks, a provider of cloud-based accounting and business solutions for CPA firms, accounting professionals and small businesses, has acquired Sarasota, Florida-based Transaction Pro, a provider of data import/export tools and services for the global QuickBooks user community.
“We have been a reseller of the Transaction Pro products for years and have seen the value they provide to our customers. Our plan is to grow the Transaction Pro customer base by continuing to invest in product development and world-class support.”
The acquisition extends the capabilities Right Networks can bring its customer base and furthers the company’s commitment to its industry-leading 3rd-party applications portfolio. The Transaction Pro Importer and Exporter products automate the transfer of data between QuickBooks and hundreds of other applications, dramatically reducing the time spent on repetitive, manual tasks while improving accuracy and repeatability.
