Tax and Accounting Thought Leaders Meet

Thought leaders and vendors discuss emerging and long-term trends affecting the profession and clients, as well as the needs of professionals, upcoming technology developments by vendors and long-range strategies.

Dallas is the center of the public accounting world this weekend, as the nation’s most respected and influential leaders in or serving the accounting profession meet at the 2013 CPA Practice Advisor Annual Thought Leader Symposium.

The event gives these professionals an opportunity to meet senior management from the largest technology vendors serving the profession, with a round-table setting that encourages collaboroation.

Thought leaders and vendors discuss emerging and long-term trends affecting the profession and clients, as well as the needs of professionals, upcoming technology developments by vendors and long-range strategies.

The Tax & Accounting Hall of Fame dinner will be held on Sunday, February 17, the first evening of the three-day symposium. The event recogrizes professionals who have made significant contributions over the course of their careers that have benefitted the professional as a whole. Prior inductees into the Accounting Hall of Fame include Gregory L. LaFollette, CPA.CITP, Randy Johnston and Rick Richardson, CPA.CITP.

The symposium is hosted by CPA Practice Advisor, the leading publication and digital information resource for small and mid-sized tax and accounting firms.
