After-the-Fact Payroll from AccountantsWorld is exclusively designed for accounting professionals, and is best suited for firms that are using or plan on using other AccountantsWorld applications. After-the-Fact Payroll provides firms with good after-the-fact payroll processing along with complete year-end W-2 and 1099 processing.  

After-the-Fact Payroll is accessible from any browser, and can also be accessed from both smart phones and tablets. The product includes excellent payroll processing capability including the ability to import payrolls from Microsoft Excel, the ability to import employee and 1099 recipient information, and the product supports reimbursements, 3rd party sick pay, allowances, cash and paycheck tips.

In addition, After-the-Fact Payroll also supports all federal compliance forms including W-2, W-3, 1099-MISC, 1099-I, 1099-R, 1099-S, 1099-DIV, 1096, 1098, and 945, with the product supporting all states and numerous localities. In addition, After-the-Fact-Payroll supports filing of quarterly payroll returns and unemployment insurance returns for all states. After-the-Fact Payroll also includes electronic filing of both W-2s and 1099s. 

Along with processing year-end forms, After-the-Fact Payroll can be used to enter client payrolls, recording information by pay period or by combining multiple payroll periods into one.

After-the-Fact Payroll includes a good selection of payroll and tax reports including a year-end comprehensive W-2 report. Other reports available include an Employee Payroll History, an Employee List, a 1099 Recipient List, and an Employee Earnings and Taxes report.  Users can easily view all After-the-Fact Payroll reports on screen, save the report as a PDF, or archive the report in Cloud Cabinet.   

After-the-Fact Payroll offers complete integration with Accounting Power from AccountantsWorld, so users can easily import payroll information from Payroll Relief. In addition, After-the-Fact Payroll also integrates with other AccountantsWorld applications including Cloud Cabinet, Website Relief, and Practice Relief. The application offers little integration capability with other third-party applications, though users can import data into After-the-Fact Payroll from other applications using a CSV file of XML format.  

AccountantsWorld offers excellent help and support options for all of its applications, with users able to easily access in-product help at any time from a comprehensive help system. Toll-free telephone support is available from AccountantsWorld during regular business hours, with chat and web support available as well. In addition to regular support options, there are also a variety of webinars and videos that are easily accessible to system users at any time, with a robust user forum available as well. AccountantsWorld also offers a good selection of resources for accounting professionals including eBooks, numerous case studies, success stories, and a company newsletter. There is also a blog that offers a variety of useful information specifically written for accounting professionals.
