Transitioning to my role as a Senior Manager of Tax Operations at Dayforce, I bring my expertise to lead and inspire a dedicated team. Here, I spearhead agency relationships and oversee bulk employment filings, ensuring seamless operations and compliance adherence. My experience at the AICPA, particularly leading various committee and task forces, has equipment me with invaluable skills and a deep understanding of wide-ranging tax intricacies. Now, as I leverage this knowledge to drive efficiency and innovation within my team, I aim to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, and the world?
I actively seek opportunities to share knowledge and mentor others in the profession, believing that collaboration and continuous learning are essential for growth and progress. I view my work on webcasts, podcasts, as well as internal and external articles, as platforms for fostering dialogue and driving innovations on a micro and macro level, facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange among peers.
